The Noble Scholar Shaykh Muhammad bin Sālih Al-‘Uthaymeen رحمه الله stated:

‎”Any person who hates the women (due to their gender) and deals with them in an evil manner (because of that) has in him a resemblance of the people of Jāhiliyyah (the era of pre-islamic ignorance .”
