(Al-Baqarah 2:275)

Those who eat Ribaa (usury) will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaitan (Satan) leading him to insanity. That is because they say: “Trading is only like Ribaa (usury),” whereas Allaah has permitted trading and forbidden Ribaa (usury). So whosoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops eating Ribaa (usury) shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allaah (to judge); but whoever returns [to Ribaa (usury)], such are the dwellers of the Fire – they will abide therein.

WE HAVE MADE FROM WATER EVERY LIVING THING [21:30]

MEANING OF THE VERSE: WE HAVE MADE FROM WATER EVERY LIVING THING [21:30] – SHAIKH AL-ALBANI

Question: The verse:

And We have made from water every living thing.

[21:30]

However, there are Biologists who say: that some of the Bacteria does not live upon water.

Shaikh: Some of what?

Questioner: Types of germs or bacteria do not live upon water.

Shaikh: “In regards to the meaning of the verse, it does not mean live upon water. Its origin. The origin of its existence is from water and this is the meaning of the verse. Not that it [the creation] lives upon water…”

That is the great success.

Surah Al-Burooj, Verse 11:

Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success.

(English – Mohsin Khan)

and We made them as Ahadith…

Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 44:

Then We sent Our Messengers in succession, every time there came to a nation their Messenger, they denied him, so We made them follow one another (to destruction), and We made them as Ahadith (the true stories for mankind to learn a lesson from them). So away with a people who believe not.

(English – Mohsin Khan)

Surah Ibrahim, Verse 22:

Surah Ibrahim, Verse 22:

And Shaitan (Satan) will say when the matter has been decided: “Verily, Allah promised you a promise of truth. And I too promised you, but I betrayed you. I had no authority over you except that I called you, so you responded to me. So blame me not, but blame yourselves. I cannot help you, nor can you help me. I deny your former act in associating me (Satan) as a partner with Allah (by obeying me in the life of the world). Verily, there is a painful torment for the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).”

(English – Mohsin Khan)

Whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him.

Surah At-Talaq, Verse 2:

And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty).

Surah At-Talaq, Verse 3:

And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things.

Is it a must to recite the surahs in order…

Shaikh Bin Baz rahimahullah was asked:

Question: Is it a must to recite the surahs in order during the prayer or is it not obligatory?

Answer: “The Sunnah is follow the order which the Companions ordered in the mushaf. This is better. Whoever recites out of order, then there is no harm. If he recites Ala Imraan then Surah Baqarah, then there is no harm. However what is better is to follow the order of the Companions may Allah be pleased with them when they compiled the Quran in the time of Uthmaan. So if he recites Baqarah, he recites Ala Imraan after it or something after it. lf he recites a surah and does not recite what is after it, like Zilzaal or al-‘Adiyaat and the like. What is better is to follow the order of the mushaf.

However, if he recited out of order and recited from the end of the Quran, then recited from the beginning of the Quran then there is no harm. It has come from Umar may Allah be pleased with him that he recited surah Nahl in the first rakah and surah Yusuf in the second rakah and it is before it. The Prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam recited in some nights surah Baqarah, then Surah Nisaa and then Ala Imraan”
