Say it is He Who has created you,

Surah Al-Mulk, Verse 23:

Say it is He Who has created you, and endowed you with hearing (ears), seeing (eyes), and hearts. Little thanks you give.

Surah Al-Mulk, Verse 24:

Say: “It is He Who has created you from the earth, and to Him shall you be gathered (in the Hereafter).”

And the matter of the Hour is not but as a twinkling of the eye,

Surah An-Nahl, Verse 77:

And to Allah belongs the unseen of the heavens and the earth. And the matter of the Hour is not but as a twinkling of the eye, or even nearer. Truly! Allah is Able to do all things.

Surah An-Nahl, Verse 78:

And Allah has brought you out from the wombs of your mothers while you know nothing. And He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts that you might give thanks (to Allah).

Surah An-Nahl, Verse 79:

Do they not see the birds held (flying) in the midst of the sky? None holds them but Allah [none gave them the ability to fly but Allah]. Verily, in this are clear proofs and signs for people who believe (in the Oneness of Allah).

This Day shall every person be recompensed for what he earned.

Surah Ghafir, Verse 16:

The Day when they will (all) come out, nothing of them will be hidden from Allah. Whose is the kingdom this Day? (Allah Himself will reply to His Question): It is Allah’s the One, the Irresistible!

Surah Ghafir, Verse 17:

This Day shall every person be recompensed for what he earned. No injustice (shall be done to anybody). Truly, Allah is Swift in reckoning.

And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein…

Surah Qaf, Verse 16:

And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge).

Surah Qaf, Verse 17:

(Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being after he or she has attained the age of puberty), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions).

Surah Qaf, Verse 18:

Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).

And if Allah were to punish men…

Surah Fatir, Verse 45:

And if Allah were to punish men for that which they earned, He would not leave a moving (living) creature on the surface of the earth, but He gives them respite to an appointed term, and when their term comes, then verily, Allah is Ever All-Seer of His slaves.

On that day man will remember…

And you love wealth with much love! Nay! When the earth is ground to powder, And your Lord comes with the angels in rows, And Hell will be brought near that Day. On that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance (then) avail him? He will say: “Alas! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my life!” So on that Day, none will punish as He will punish. And none will bind as He will bind. (89:20-26)
